Our Story
Locally owned by Owasso residents, CrossFit Owasso has been a part of the local community for over a decade. Our family has grown significantly, yet we remain committed to the individual goals of our members through personalized group training by certified CrossFit coaches who genuinely care.

Our Coaches
We have a diverse group of trainers at CrossFit Owasso. Every one of our coaches is certified by CrossFit and believes that CrossFit is the best program for everyone to achieve their health and fitness goals, regardless of current physical capacity or age.
